Head of Martyrs, missing persons and detainees’ families association in Tawergha, Mohammed Radwan, expressed his concerns about implementing the agreement that was signed between Local Council of Tawergha and the Public Council of Misratah.

Thus, Raheel explained that current version of the agreement does not guarantee all the rights, adding that it cannot lead to a real reconciliation due to violations on human rights principles.

The Dialogue Committees of Tawergha and Misratah had recently held meetings in Tunisia, led to signing of a reconciliation agreement requires “Safe Return”, in addition to “reparation” principle, seeking to achieve “conciliation and justice”.
